This tooth powder doesn’t just clean your teeth. It literally remineralizes them! Children can be just as hard on their teeth as adults. Probably not from coffee, but all the sugar makes them very cavity prone. This kind of tooth powder will not only help protect them far better than toothpaste, it actually helps heal cavities.
Before making this product, I was beginning to experience pain in a tooth and went to my dentist. The x-ray confirmed what I suspected. Another cavity. But I had heard that there was a way to rebuild the enamel, with certain minerals, so I waited to have the cavity filled, and decided to give this a try. I did my research, developed this product, and have used it every day now for years. It may surprise you to know that I did go back to have the cavity checked again. My discomfort was gone, but I felt it was important to check. And to my shock and amazement, the dentist confirmed that the cavity had healed. Wow! I never even knew that was possible until then.
Here’s the science behind why this works:
- The main ingredient is bentonite clay, which not only binds to and draws out heavy metals and toxins, but is chock full of minerals, like calcium, magnesium and silica, which are exactly what our teeth need to heal and stay healthy.
- The baking soda is alkaline and contains minerals that help remove stains.
- I’ve included calcium carbonate for extra calcium and whitening power.
- And the essential oils provide antibacterial protection while giving it a great taste!
To use, simply sprinkle a little on top of your damp tooth brush, and brush as usual. Personally I prefer to dip mine into the tub of tooth powder, but have heard it’s not a great idea. However, I’ve been doing it that way for nearly 5 years now, and so far, so good.
Another amazing thing you will appreciate is that this little 2 oz tub will last you at least 4-6 months, brushing twice a day. Now that’s a serious savings! I did my research on competitors prices, as I encourage you to do, and can assure you, you will not find a better price for this quality of tooth powder. One company I saw actually charges $32 for a 2 oz refill, in a plastic bag. Seriously!
I recommend the Orange Spice for young children. There is also a Cinna-Mint flavor for teens and adults.
